I can’t wait to hang out with you and see your lovely face as we chat every month! Our Video Coaching Calls will take place via Zoom with up to 6 other women! I’ll be emailing you the video link each week, you’ll just need to download the software if you’re new to Zoom. You’ll also receive the video recording for each session that we ask you to keep confidential.

Leading up to each Coaching Call, you’ll get a fillable workbook sent your way so you can prepare your heart + mind for our time together! Each workbook will be sent as a downloadable PDF file. Since we’ll be covering a wealth of information + asking thought-provoking questions, these workbooks will be an important part of the process for you!
Masterclass Membership
With the group coaching, you’ll also have access to our exclusive Private Membership Site, where you can continue to build community with the other women going through the program! You’ll get additional Live Zoom Masterclasses and meet new Guest Teachers each month. This is also where I’ll be sharing links to books, articles, studies, and more.
